Why Rapidfiling
Scope explained before work starts
You see what the engagement covers, and what it does not, before you pay anything.
Fees explained item by item
Quotes separate government fees from professional fees, and confirm GST treatment in writing.
Documents listed per service
Each service page states its own requirements, so you can prepare before the first conversation.
A defined contact process
Enquiries get a reference number, a review, and a follow-up on the contact method you choose.
How to choose a filing partner
Doing the paperwork yourself is possible; using a service provider buys time and reduces avoidable rework. Either way, the useful questions are the same. Ask what the engagement includes and, just as importantly, what it excludes. Ask whether government fees and professional fees are shown separately. Ask who will contact you, on which channel, and when. And ask what happens if a filing draws an objection: a provider that cannot answer that plainly is selling the easy part of the job. Rapidfiling answers all four in writing before work starts, and we encourage you to ask other providers the same questions.

Frequently asked questions
How does an enquiry work?
You share your requirement through the enquiry form, our team reviews it, and we explain the next steps, including what documents are involved and how fees are worked out, before any work starts.
Do you publish fixed prices?
Fees depend on the service, the government fees that apply, and your situation. We explain the fee breakdown in a quote before you commit. The pricing page describes how quotes work.
Are you a law firm?
No. Rapidfiling is a filing-support service. Where a question needs a qualified professional, we arrange a consultation with an independent advocate or the relevant professional partner.
Which documents will I need?
Every service page lists its own requirements and documents. After your enquiry, we confirm the exact list for your case before asking you for anything.
Can you guarantee that a registration will be approved?
No. Registrations and filings are decided by the relevant government authorities. What we do is prepare the paperwork properly, keep you updated at every step, and tell you honestly where the risks are.
What happens to the information I submit?
Your enquiry is stored in our records and used to process and follow up on it. Nothing is shared beyond what the work needs. The Privacy Policy explains the details.
